The Institute works with two groups: organizations that want healthier, steadier leaders, and individual leaders who carry significant responsibility and want to carry it well. Schools, nonprofits, faith communities, companies and public agencies are all welcome.

Part of the Destiny Connections ecosystem, the Institute brings clinical insight and leadership development together. It is leadership work, not therapy; clinical care is offered separately through DC Behavioral Health.

Ways to Work With the Institute
For Organizations
Workshops, leadership cohorts and multi-phase partnerships for schools, nonprofits, faith communities and companies. Every partnership begins with a Fit Conversation, so the work is shaped around your people and your goals.
For Individual Leaders
The Whole Leader Intensive: Founding Cohorts begin January 2027. Four 90-minute sessions held every two weeks, virtual or in person in Cleveland, with replays available. Participants who complete the cohort receive a certificate of completion from The Whole Leader Institute.
The Whole Educator™
The education-sector track of The Whole Leader™, built for teachers, school leaders and the teams that support them.
She Is Unleashed
Leadership development and community for women leaders, and part of the Institute’s path for individual leaders.

The Whole Leader Institute opens fully in January 2027. On the calendar:
