Foundations of Fatherhood™
A 13-session transformational program that restores identity, integrity, and leadership for fathers and men in every stage of life. Men learn to lead their families, communities, and workplaces with emotional strength and spiritual conviction.
Savage Leadership Circles
Monthly gatherings where iron sharpens iron combining practical mentorship, leadership development, and accountability. Circles meet virtually and in person, creating connection and growth that lasts beyond the session.
Men’s Coaching Intensives
Personalized one-on-one or small-group coaching for men in leadership, ministry, or transitional seasons.
These sessions dive deep into purpose, identity, and performance alignment.
The Lion's Den
Weekend Experience
An immersive, high-impact weekend where men confront limitation, break isolation, and leave ignited to lead. Every man walks away with clarity, courage, and a plan for his next season.

For over two decades, Pastor Ben has worked with men in ministry, leadership, and life, helping them rediscover the man God designed them to be.
Savage Initiatives™ was birthed from his own journey from brokenness to brotherhood, from striving to surrender, and from silence to sound.
What began as a few men around a table is growing into a movement of builders, fathers, and leaders rising together.
We’re not chasing perfection; we’re pursuing purpose.
We’re not performing strength; we’re walking in it.
We’re not waiting for permission; we’re releasing the roar.
The Savage Gentleman
The Savage Gentleman is a formation series from Savage Initiatives for men who are done living numb, passive, or misaligned.
This is not entertainment.
This is not background content.
Each session is a call to responsibility, clarity, and disciplined strength, designed to awaken identity, forge character, and build men who lead with depth, restraint, and conviction.
