RISE & RECLAIM A 4-Week Healing & Empowerment Program for Women Designed to help women heal, rebuild, and move forward with confidence, purpose, and support. Mondays, June 15 – July 6 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Oriana House Light refreshments will be served. Complete all 4 sessions and receive a $25 gift card! What You’ll Experience Week 1: Remove the Mask & Break the Cycle Let go of survival identities, recognize patterns, and begin healing from the past. Week 2: Rewrite the Story & Reclaim Identity Challenge shame-based beliefs, rebuild self-worth, and reconnect with purpose. Week 3: Heal Through Boundaries & Rediscover Your Voice Learn healthy boundaries, self-advocacy, communication, and confidence. Week 4: Rebuild the Vision & Rise Forward Create a future-focused plan, celebrate growth, and take the next step toward lasting change.
