The Superwoman Intervention

Rediscover the JOY OF BEING with me with therapeutic support from myself (Dr. Mirriam Knight, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) as well as a community of like-minded women over a period of 6 weeks.

This is a 6-week group support and coaching program for faith-driven leaders and visionaries who are experiencing significant exhaustion and burnout and do not feel that they have the support that they need in their leadership journey to navigate the season they are in at present.

• Six LIVE virtual group support meetings that incorporate prayer, meditation, journaling and practical stress release exercises ($1500 VALUE)
• Lifetime Access to members-only portal with six Masterclasses on topics ranging from emotional wellness, interpersonal healing, setting boundaries, making healing connections with your spirit, soul and body, and Restorative Habits development ($1800 VALUE)

What will the program look like on a weekly basis?

• Masterclass Mondays: each Monday a new Masterclass will be available to you to help support you in your journey towards a life of grace and flow 
• Daily prayer calls: from Mondays to Friday you will be provided with a prayer call "office hour" to come in and just be and receive the spiritual support through daily devotions, soaking, journaling, worship and prayer as needed. This is an invitation to just come and sit at His feet and ground yourself for your day, drawing strength from the Most High for the challenges you may be experiencing and those unexpected surprises.
• Friday Group Support and Coaching Sessions: each Friday for 6 weeks we will gather to provide support through Q&A and live coaching to help you navigate through challenges you may be experiencing in making the transition out of the Superwoman Syndrome to a life of authenticity and grace

• How long is the program? 6 weeks
• How many people will be part of the group? To create a space for healing it is important that each member has the ability to freely share and be poured into the group will be limited to 5 -10 members only and once the group starts new members will not be added to the group
• Do you have to reside in the US (particularly Ohio) to participate? No. This is not mental health therapy but a therapeutic group COACHING program so you can join from anywhere in the world. For individual therapy, please contact me to schedule a consultation.
• Will recordings of the sessions be provided? Masterclasses will be recorded and provided in the portal. However, group sessions will NOT be recorded to protect the confidentiality of those present and to encourage you to SHOW UP.
