Welcome to the Shattering of the Mirror.

As a new believer, it is often said when you accept Christ, recommit yourself to Christ, or get baptized that the enemy will come in and attack. Things will be shaken up and you need to pray for those around you. You will be tempted as you start this new journey. They give you strategies to fight the enemy, but what exactly is this journey? What is this journey that I am going on that has the enemy all in his knickers? As I travel on this journey, what should I expect? Is it a process? Am I expected to change? What will it look like? Is it painful? What is even the name of this journey?

As you accept Christ, you are inviting Him not only into your life, but you are committing to developing an intimate relationship with Him. You will go through this journey - "The Shattering of the Mirror" where you will be invited to strip your identity and accepting the image of God. 

Through this presentation, you will:

• examine what you are reflecting to others.
• dig into the sanctification (write the definition) and refining process.
• recognize the reality of what you just have said “yes” to. 
• be given the steps to embracing this new relationship with Christ and acknowledge the promises that He is giving you by just saying yes to Him. 
• be given hope and encouragement through the testimonies, accounts, and recalling of His Word.
• have the courage to share your journey or testimony to help others.

Aurrion Stokes is the youngest member of the She Is Unleashed Inner Circle. At age 23, she is a nursing student at Central State University with a minor in psychology. She is a volunteer at New Life Cathedral in the AudioVisual and Social Media Team and part of the youth ministry called Got Your Six (GYS). She is a teacher of a statewide youth bible study called Friday Night Live. Over the last few years, she has taught children at New Life Community Development Corporation Innovation Camp, led a study on Wholeness by Toure Roberts, led a spiritual retreat called Kairos, and led a 90 dya Bible Challenge/Fundraiser. She has volunteered for the Ronald McDonald House, Junior Achievement Blitz, Red Cross Blood Drive, The Fest, Hospice Warehouse Sale, and many more community-empowerment events. She is passionate about empowering children and youth to live their best untapped lives through innovative and creative avenues. She is currently writing her first book.
