Emily McQuiston is an avid budgeter and enjoys finding creative ways to plan and manage the cost of life. She enjoys sharing these practices and strategies with those she encounters, and continually strives to increase her own knowledge of financial literacy.  She longs to see people set free from financial burdens, and encourages asking questions about even the smallest of purchases, planning ahead and adding fun account nicknames to encourage saving, such as Gimme S'More ROTH IRA.   She has previously served as a coach and co-coordinator for Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University program at Mayfield Church.  She enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, reading, and just being lost in nature.  She is most passionate about her work as an educator to multilingual children.

So many of us want to have a better handle over our finances.  We can be pushed and pulled with temptation towards consuming and buying all day, every day.  The aim and prayer for this presentation is that participants will be able to set a goal to improve their finances in the following areas: comparison, discipline, setting powerful financial habits and goals, as well as developing a positive financial outlook and clear direction for tithing and giving.

• Hear a case for tithing from Emily and how this practice has transformed and blessed her life. 
• Receive a practical example on how to begin and manage a budget as well as  develop  a financial goal for 2022.   
• Receive a free budget excel sheet template that Emily has used for the past 5 years.
